When I reject content, I can give a reason as to why the content was rejected.
To my understanding, the editor should receive a message with my rejection test included in the body of the e-mail.

The message the editor receives is without the rejected reason.

The version we are using is : ContentManager 4.1.5 PA

Is there a fix for it?

did you enter the reason at the Remarks field?

It should be sent along with the email

Hi,

any news yet? We're not so much interested in a new version, we'd like to see the issue currently on hand to be fixed.

We will give you an update by end of June. So sorry we can't give it to you earlier.

Thanks again.

I am having the same problem. When you reject the content there is a field to explain the reason for the rejection, but that text is not included in the email that is sent. At first I thought it was because there was a token that was missing in the content type settings, but i could not find a token that coincided with the rejection text.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Joe,

Did you get the v4.2 update? It should have inlcuded the remarks in the email notification when you reject content.

I will double confirm on this for you.

Thanks.
