I am currently evaluating the InvenManager for workflow. I really like it and it works very well but I have the following questions:

1) What text editor is it using? Can this be changed?

2) Can an approver edit a change without starting another workflow (i.e. make a change and approve it immediately)

3) Where is security set? - Per module on a page or site wide.

4) Does the Entrprise version include source code?

5) I noticed that the screenshots on the snowcovered website is different to your website - are these different versions?

Hi, Darryn,

1. It is independent on the editor. This means it works with any editor of your choice. In the demo, a third party editor is used called: Telerik Editor.

2. Yes, you just need to set the Approver roles to be under the Publisher's role as well. So when someone is also under Publisher's role, when he update something it will be automatically approved, and published.

3. The workflow is set for per Content Type. Then for each module, you can choose one Content Type to link with. Each content type has its own workflow.

4. Yes.

5. Please refer to this website screenshot. Please note the latest is 4.1.6 at Feb 23 2009. I am working on a new version for this module and you may be expecting it very soon.
