Hello, Thank you for fixing the tables on our website, they now publish correctly. Firstly, do you have any more detailed instructions or a troubleshooting guide on the Content Manager module, other than the 7 page document I have downloaded from snowcovered. If so, I am happy to work my way through instructions first before bothering you. If not, here is my problem (I am thinking that I don’t have this setup correctly). When I go in and edit content through your module and click update, then log out, I see the changes I have just made, but if I try to go back in and make more changes to the same content module, it shows under my log in (I have host privileges), but then I log out and it does not show the second lot of changes. Please see example of first paragraph below. When I update, I have not been bothering with a publish and expiry date, I am happy with the defaults that appear, but if this is a problem then I can add them in. When I go into the Version Manager I see two versions with the same publish and expiry date, so I have tried deleting the first one out in case it is confused. This does not work, so I then go and delete all of the old versions out (not my preferred method in case I have to go back, but I have been desperate to make it work), so that only the new one is left. If there are no tables in the content this will work, however if there are tables involved then this still holds onto the previous version done for that day. The only way I get the changes I need is to copy and paste the content back into a Text/HTML module. Unfortunately this does not help me, as I do want to be able to get other staff to make changes and then I view (approve) and publish these. Has anyone else had this issue? If this can’t be resolved is there any way of changing these back to Text/HTML module (last resort)? Many thanks, I hope you can help me with this problem. Kind Regards Lisha Belbin Whitsunday Regional Council (Queensland, Australia) |

Hi, 1. I remembered that the content on your site had some problem with the HTML codes? That's the thing I fixed I think. 2. I don't quite get your problem after reading through your long para for 5 times. What exactly went wrong? Is it because when you publish a content, it suppose to show but does not show? Thanks. |

Sorry, I was going to send some screen captures, but could not. Yes, if I make a change to the content and update, this shows on the public view when I log out. If I then go back in and make another change or add something to the same content, it shows when I am logged in, but the second changes for the day do not show when I log out. I have refreshed my browser view and no difference. Kind Regards Lisha |

Hi, Yes it publishes and views correctly the first time. Now if you go back in and make a second change (same day), the second change will not show when you log out. Lisha |
