Hi,

We have the module used accross two portals and have both sets of the module setup the same including the permissions but we are encountering two issues with the second instance:

1. None of the set roles can approve or publish and the same goes for even the host and admin users.
2. When logging in as any of the set roles or even the host and click approve the status changes to go under publish (which is correct) but when you then try to publish the content then goes back to the approval status.
3. The only way to approve and publish content is the version manager - This is not ideal!!!

Can someone please advise me whats going on or tell me if the module is not usable across portal websites (seperate instances)?

No, this module is not to be used across different portals. users should manage their contents on the same portal.
