Hello, we have recently bought the Content Manager and have some questions as we setup our site.

1. Can a Content Approval module be linked to a Content Manager on a page so that it only shows the workflow for that particular Content Manager - i.e. shows the workflow by page? If this is possible - how can we limit who gets sent the automatic emails?

2. As the above question does not seem possible, is there a better way to do the following: It seems we need to setup 10 different content types so that we can setup different workflow security on 10 different site sections. Each content type would then need at least 3 security roles, one for editor, approver and publisher. This would therefore be 30 new security roles (10*3). Of course as we add more content types this will grow even more. This could get a bit out of control as we make security more fine grained. Is there a better was to do this?

Thanks for sharing your concern, and will consider this in the next release, as of now, I am afraid that you need to set up the approval roles for different sections. In the next release, will make it more flexible and the workflow are a separate process for which you can link to any one of the content manager modules.
