I currently have Event Calendar Standard 3.1.0 installed on my website.

Can I just install Event Calendar and Registration over the top of the current install without losing my information?

Yes, you can. Nothing will be lost.

In fact, if the version is the same, you just need to activate the license. (no need to reinstall)
