I downloaded the 3.1 demo like you suggested. However, when I import the XML file, nothing is showing up. I check the .xml file, and there is data from the events in the file.

I guess my questions are....

1) With the demo, shouldn`t I be able to import the events that I already have in version 2.4?
2) Is nothing showing up, because I have more than 10 events? (I know the demo only supports 10 events)
3) Do exisiting user registrations also get exported, or is it only the events that are exported?
4) If we do upgrade version 2.4 to 3.1, should all the existing events, and registrations still be there, or will they be deleted??

For upgrade from v2.4.2 to v3.1, ALL your events and registration records are preserved.

You don't have to export and then import.

However, you need to make some changes to the template, you can follow instructions here:
