Jackie Chan, Stephen Chow named Asia s best selling actors & directors

HONG KONG : A survey conducted during the Hong Kong international film and television exhibition last week has revealed that Jackie Chan and Stephen Chow are ranked among the best selling actors as well as directors in Asia.
Some 330 participants surveyed during the annual trade event in Hong Kong also named the veteran actors among Hong Kong's best selling actors, alongside Andy Lau, Tony Leung, Jet Li and Taiwanese singer Jay Chou.
"2046" star Maggie Cheung, Zhang Ziyi who shot to fame with "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", Bond girl Michelle Yeoh, Shu Qi, and Gong Li, were named Asia's best selling actresses.
The five were also in Hong Kong's best selling actress list alongside Cecilia Cheung who was embroiled in the sex photo scandal, Charlene Choi from pop duo Twins, Hong Kong singer Sammi Cheng, Chinese actresses Zhou Xun and Tang Wei.
Peter Chan, Andy Lau, Johnnie To, Tsui Hark, Wong Kar Wai and John Woo completed the best selling directors list.
