Since the last
release of v3.0, we have corrected many issues and added some features in
v3.1.1. And I am glad many of you had very valuable feedback, comments and
suggestions, because of those inputs, we have a new version v4.0 is about to be
released.
After many months’ work, v4.0 is about ready, and some users were testing on
this already. This is now scheduled to be released on 17 April 2010.
I am sending out this email for two purposes:
a. Show you all the new features are building for you.
b. Get more feature requests from you, if you have any requirement that is not
met and not in the list below.
So, here are some of the major features available for the new
version v4.0:
1. New sub module: Attendance Management module
2. New sub module: Registration detail, this can be placed on the acknowledge
page immediately after registration, to display template based information
pertaining to the current registration
3. Import & export using Excel
4. Payflow Link payment gateway integration
5. Store email, and other templates with more than 2000 characters
6. Auto registers attendee as a DNN user upon registration or payment
7. Discount coupon
9. Additional items for sale with a price tag
10. Fully user manageable template based email notification
11. Allow comments and rating
12. Google Calendar integration
13. Support partial rendering, so reduce the number of page post backs, and
enhance user experience.
14. Related events
15. Integration with Facility Booking module
And many other minor enhancements to enhance user experience...
Besides that, we also enhanced the license activation process, so you will have
less hassle. We also developed a self-service license management page: (This is
already live, and you can use it now after log in)

We will do our best to include that in v4.0, even if we can't do that, we will
add it in future versions.
